My day began by returning a $100 pair of shorts to Dillards. I'm glad they didn't work for my boss because it seemed like a ridiculous amount of money to spend on shorts! Then I went on my second errand: to get eye drops for my boss. Well first of all the pharmacy told me they didn't have the drops, which I knew wasn't true because it's just not the style of my boss to be wrong. After a call to his assistant, I got the lady's name to ask for that had pre-ordered them for him. The clerk walks to the back to retrieve his order and I wait around, when I see the back door open and a man with a hand truck walks out. I just start laughing. There are about 14 boxes full of eye drops. The guy looks at me and says, "I have one more trip". Only my boss would send me out for eye drops but not tell me I was picking up a small warehouse full of the stuff. I needed to leave my trunk open for groceries, so I stuffed it inbetween the kid's carseats and headed out to Kroger! This is truly what my car looked like!
