Use what talents you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best.

A little bluejay to start the day!
"I moustache you a question, but I'll shave it for later"
Watercolor sugar skull with a gnarly moustache!
I'm participating in Noah Scalin's Art 365 project again which is proving to be harder than originally anticipated. Creating something every day is more time consuming than I thought while juggling work and family! I'm finding it very enjoying to see what I can create at different times!
“If I were pressed, I would admit that she was beautiful, in a dead bride sort of way.”
Maybe it seems a little macabre to draw and paint so many skulls but people like them and they're fun to do! This is reminiscent of the Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls as seen in Mexico.
"True happiness comes from the joy of deeds well done, the zest of creating things new."
Day 4 and 5 I worked on thank you notes for all the great things I got over the holidays!
Day 6- New Skull done in watercolor! I'll probably put it at Nest, located in Southside Richmond! I love working on my skulls.
I'm thinking about starting a new series influenced by tattoo flash art! This would be my first. If Nest likes it, I'll add it there too!
